Harley and Cacturne

I've been wanting to draw Harley with his signature Pokemon, Cacturne, for a long time and just now got around to it

Harley is officially my favorite rival and 2nd fave Coordinator

He might be mean to May, who is my fave Trainer and Coordinator, but he's so adorable and funny at the same time, especially when he dressed up as May and called himself Mayley His reasons for disliking May might be a bit silly and exaggerated, but you can't help but laugh at how he acts and the way he addresses his Pokemon by calling them 'darling' and 'hon'

Harley was also the reason I started to really love Cacturne, who is my fave Dark-Type Pokemon x3

I really love how flamboyant and effeminate he is x3 Makes him all the more fun to watch and love
