Shea, my Meganium

I got SoulSilver for Christmas and I had debated on whether picking Chikorita or Cyndaquil as my starter since I love Meganium and Typhlosion ;w; Eventually I chose Chikorita since I always chose the Fire-type and decided to give a Grass-Type a try, my only other Grass starter being Sammy, my Serperior <W<

Shea came to be part of Ditto's team when she visited Johto and met Professors Oak and Elm.  Elm had three Starter Pokemon ready to give away but had said that no new trainers had come around in a long time, so he allowed Ditto to choose from Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile.

Ditto figured she had enough Fire-power on her team and decided to pick Chikorita, dubbing him Shea.

Since then, Shea has become a very loyal member of her team and had evolved into Bayleef and then Meganium not long after.  He has a warm heart and uses his healing abilities to cure sick Pokemon and plants he sees.  He took over the role of breaking up the fights between Jensen and Wildvine since his ability to soothe quarrels works more efficiently.  Shea is naturally optimistic and happy, always seen with a broad grin.  Hardly anything can put him down, except pure Poison-types, which he doesn't really like, which often puts him at conflict with Zeta and Dean.

He loves to nuzzle Ditto and will also sometimes do the same thing to Charlie.  He will give either of them a lift if he sees them getting exhausted from walking and is happy to do so.  He especially loves it when they travel through forests and adores Bug/Grass type Gyms and tend to get along with those types of Pokemon as well.  Shea is very close to his fellow Grass-types: Wildvine, Missy, Sammy, Trevor, Envy, Pride, Rook, Kevin, Mysterieux, Wendy, Lilo, Molly, Sanchez, Theo and Harvey.

Shea loves to emanate a sweet-smelling aroma to make everyone feel at peace and to make them happy, even though when he over does it, he smothers them instead, often without realizing it, having to be told by someone to tone it down. He loves the Miracle Seed Ditto had given him and cherishes it, since it makes him feel more powerful and since it was a gift to him from his Trainer.

Shea is currently at Level 33, has a Lax Nature, and the Ability, Overgrow, which powers up his Grass-Type moves in a pinch.  His current moveset is: Poison Powder, Synthesis, Razor Leaf, and Petal Dance.
